Qualified at University of Cologne, Germany 1995

Following my graduation, I lived and worked in England and completed all my postgraduate and specialist training in the UK.

Initially I trained in surgical specialities, predominantly in ENT, before changing into general practice.  My wife  Dr Stead, with whom I job share, and I joined Royal Crescent Surgery as GP partners in 2009.

Since October 2010 I have provided a Minor Surgery service for patients at the practice and for the wider localiity.

Outside of work I enjoy windsufing, swimming and tennis.
