We are located in the seaside town of Weymouth on the south coast of England. We aim to provide a comprehensive, personal, professional service to all our patients.

We are open to new NHS patients and would like you to join our surgery. If you live within our practice area please go to our registration page for more information on how you can become a patient at our surgery.

If you would like to book an appointment with a doctor please telephone the surgery between 08.30 to 18.30 on 01305 774466.

If you need medical advice or attention when the surgery is closed please visit  call 111. The NHS 111 service is free to call, although if calling from a pay-as-you-go mobile you will need at least 1p credit.

Coronavirus (Covid-19)

The Surgery is only open to patients who have spoken to a GP over the telephone and arranged a Face to Face appointment.

STAY AT HOME IF YOU HAVE CORONAVIRUS SYMPTOMS - DO NOT LEAVE HOME IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU LIVE WITH HAS ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • A high temperature
  • A new, continuous cough
  • Loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste or smell

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we have had to change our ways of working. Appointments will be triaged over the telephone by a doctor or nurse, who may then invite you to the surgery for a Face to Face appointment.

The NHS Friends and Family Test

We would like your feedback on the care or treatment we give you any time you visit your GP or have contact with the practice. It doesn't take long. 

You may receive an automated text message to your mobile phone after your appointment asking for feedback, please take the time to reply. 

 All feedback is greatly appreciated and will be used to help us continue to  improve our service to you.  All feedback is anonymous.

You can also complete a paper Friends and Family feedback form and post this anonymously in the Friends and Family post box, situated in the waiting room.

SystmOnline 

Giving you more choice in accessing GP services

The practice is pleased to advise you that it is now possible to view your detailed coded medical record and medical summary data online via SystmOnline.

Through SystmOnline you can:

  • Book Appointments
  • Request repeat Prescriptions
  • View your detailed coded medical record, summary record, blood test results, medication, allergies and adverse reactions.

How To Register - If you would like to register for this service, please personally bring in to reception one form of photo ID and a letter confirming your current address. You will then need to complete a registration form at reception or you can download the registration form and bring this to reception along with your ID.

Once your registration is completed you will be given your user name and password to access this service.  

Need Some Help? - If you would like some help setting this up, or navigating the system we can offer you a one-to-one appointment with a Digital Champion at the surgery.

Digital Champions are trained volunteers who help and support people in the local community to use the internet and gain basic online skills.
